Axxon Tracking is seeking an energetic and innovative Administrative Assistant to contribute to its diverse team of professionals. This position is based in Curaçao.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in the English, Papiamento, and Dutch languages are an absolute must
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education degree preferred), plus a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience or more
- Decent Microsoft Office/Google Docs skills required
- Highly organized
- Excellent team player
- The ability to work independently and multi-task is crucial. Candidate must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain office files, both electronic and hardcopy, as well as, records in accordance with internal and client procedures
- Scan documents into system per internal standard procedures
- Type material from rough drafts or revised drafts following standardized formats using Microsoft Word/Google Docs
- Assemble and compile basic data for reports or presentations from established sources as directed
- Perform general data input, process expense and reimbursement reports
- Create and draft invoices
- Follow up on overdue invoices
