Job Description: Dutch Customer Service Expert
Job Location: Cambodia
Salary: $5000-6000 per month + Performance Bonus
Work Schedule: 8 hours per day, 1 weekly off
Accommodation: Free single apartment, single room provided
In-Service Period: All medical expenses covered by the company
Meal Allowance: Company provides suitable working meals,
including steak, hamburger, fried chicken, pizza, etc., catering to
individual eating habits
Social Events: Expatriate parties are not mandatory, but the
company organizes rich and diverse parties with red wine, whiskey,
and other beverages at least twice a month.
Job Description:
As a Dutch Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for
delivering exceptional customer support services to our
Dutch-speaking clientele. Your main role will involve effectively
addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing
prompt assistance to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
 Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in
a professional and friendly manner.
 Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly,
ensuring a positive resolution.
 Provide accurate information about our products, services, and
policies to customers.
 Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
and accurately.
 Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and
ensure timely resolutions.
 Maintain a thorough understanding of company offerings and
stay up-to-date with product updates or changes.
 Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance
targets to achieve customer service goals.
 Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance
overall customer experience.
 Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
in the company database.
 Collaborate with the team to contribute to a positive and
supportive work environment.
 Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) with excellent
communication skills.
 Strong customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering
exceptional service.
 Proven experience in customer service or a related field is
 Ability to remain patient, composed, and empathetic when
handling challenging situations.
 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to
resolve customer issues effectively.
 Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs.
 Must be able to work and live in Cambodia.
